I follow a systematic approach of assessing needs, designing processes, developing materials and evaluating product's effectiveness. I keep exploring agile and iterative design models to create more flexible, creative and innovative solutions for learning and training.

E-Learning Content

I have abundant experience and toolkits in creating the "just for me, just in time" e-Learning digital content in language learning, speech coaching, phonics, storytelling, and adult learning. My video and audio lessons have reached over 270,000 views.

Project Management

I believe that applying project management processes, methods, skills, knowledge, and experience is essential to achieve any specific project goal. I thrive in ensuring to deliver high-quality products with a finite time schedule.
